Food allergy is with increasing prevalence, diverse etiology, pathogenesis and clinical presentation. It involves patients of different ages with no regard of race, sex or ethnicity. Making of diagnosis is sometimes a challenge whereas treatment often requires serious patients’ devotion. A lot has done recently on revealing new mechanisms of the disease as well as food-tolerance induced therapies.
