In the months of the COVID-19 pandemic, residual symptoms, structural and functional changes in various organs and systems are of increasing interest among the medical community. The symptom characteristics and parameters of these changes in the post-illness period are still in the process of final clarification. The consequences after COVID-19 are present even among patients outside the hospital, at home, from a “mild form” of the disease, and they remain the same for a long time after the acute phase in some patients.
