Erectile dysfunction has long ceased to be regarded solely as a urological issue or a quality-of-life disorder. Modern evidence-based medicine defines it as an early biomarker for systemic vascular risk and future cardiovascular events. This article examines the complex biochemical cascade of endothelial dysfunction, where oxidative stress inactivates nitric oxide, leading to progressive fibrosis of the cavernous tissue. Emphasis is placed on the therapeutic potential of the natural synergists combined in the product Kamagra. Through a combination of L-arginine, Tribulus terrestris, and adaptogens, it achieves not only an improvement in penile hemodynamics but also biochemical protection of the vascular endothelium. This positions phytotherapy as a valuable tool in the general practitioner‘s arsenal for early vascular prevention.
