When is a child “often sick”? The definition of this term is difficult, especially when it refers to transcarnal recurrent infections during the period mentioned. When discussing such an opinion, we should take into account the child’s condition over a longer period of time, namely the number of illnesses for at least one calendar year. We present two cases from practice illustrating the problem.
