Analyzes of morbidity from previous years indicate that the trend towards its increase is observed between weeks 38 and 50, i.e. in the months of October and November. Therefore, there is a high need for immunoprophylaxis in all age groups and especially in the pediatric population. A serious reason for timely immunoprophylaxis is the higher morbidity at the beginning of this year compared to the previous one. It is likely that this effect is due to immune dysregulation, due to the long isolation and “post-Covid effect”. It is necessary to note that in childhood, in addition to close contact in kindergartens and schools, standard and optional vaccinations are carried out, which pose serious challenges to the children’s immune system. It is important to choose an immunomodulator in case of reduced and impaired immunity. Different immunomodulators act on specific components of the immune system. From clinical practice and scientific data for a precise mechanism of action and clinical benefits, the product line Imunobor Kids (2) stands out. Based on 18 years of use of Imunobor Kids without therapeutic failure and a high safety profile with long-term use, it is appropriate to expand the indications and also to apply different dosage regimens of the products (1,5).
