Insadent при лечение на пародонтит

Issue 1/2024

Dobreva, S.
Dentist – Yambol

Periodontitis is a chronic multifactorial inflammatory disease associated with the accumulation of dental plaque (dental biofilm) and progressive destruction of the supporting dental apparatus, including the periodontal ligament and alveolar bone (1, 2). A solid scientific literature has identified a link between periodontitis and certain non-communicable chronic diseases (8). For this, even mild gingival inflammations should be the object of attention. If gingivitis is not treated, the inflammation becomes chronic and leads to periodontitis. In an advanced stage, the bone and supporting structures are destroyed, leading to the loss of even healthy teeth. To increase the effect of the treatment, a means is needed that reduces inflammation, regenerates the epithelium, strengthens the connective tissue and reduces the resorption of the alveolar bone. One such suitable product of natural origin is Insadent Solucaps.

Key words: gingivitis, periodontitis, dental plaque, biofilm, Insadent Solucaps
