Vascular diseases are very diverse depending on the affected organs and the type of damaged blood vessels. They can be peripheral arterial, coronary, carotid, cerebral, pulmonary, retinopathy, nephropathy, chronic venous, vasculitis, Raynaud’s disease, etc. In the clinical dermatological practice cases of varicose veins – stasis dermatitis, venous ulcers, various types of vasculitis, post-traumatic hematomas, including post-dermo-aesthetic procedures, lymphedema, etc. are most frequently encountered. In parallel with the specific disease, it is important to control also the concomitant diseases such as diabetes and cardiovascular pathology. In the treatment of vascular diseases in dermatological practice, both topical and systemic therapy is required. Topical agents should have an effect on both vascular and skin pathology. When choosing a systemic treatment, a universal vascular protector is sought, since vascular pathology is complex and an effect on arteries, veins, capillaries and lymphatic vessels is necessary. Such an effective therapeutic combination is Entan Derma Spray and Entan VGcaps (Borola Ltd).
Key words: varicose veins, stasis dermatitis, venous ulcers, Entan
