Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) is a rare heterogenous group of connective tissue disorders characterized by skin hyperextensibility, tissue fragility, and generalized joint hypermobility. Different clinical variants of the syndrome are known, which are determined by the genetic defect and its inheritance. The current article reviews the wide range of ocular abnormalities among the different EDS subtypes.
